- No. KollGuard is a compliance system-of-record for embodied AI — it governs your machines by attestation. It does not connect to a robot, actuate a stop, read live sensors, or scan your plant-floor / OT network. You record and evidence each system; KollGuard turns that into readiness and audit-ready documents.
- What is the EU Machinery Regulation deadline?
- Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 replaces the Machinery Directive and starts to apply on 20 January 2027. It brings AI-enabled and autonomous machinery squarely into scope. The CE-readiness wizard tells you whether you take the notified-body or self-declaration route and what gaps remain before that date.
- How do PL and SIL work here?
- For each safety function you set a target integrity — an ISO 13849 Performance Level (PL) or an IEC 62061 SIL, with its PFHd band — and record the achieved level plus the proof-test-due date. The gap between target and achieved is what your safety case has to close.
